Documentary analysis
Contract formation, order of precedence between terms, variations, limitation and exclusion clauses, and the evidential chain supporting each invoice.
Entity and recoverability
Which entity is contractually liable, whether guarantees or parent obligations exist, and whether the debtor has the substance to satisfy a judgment.
Controlled escalation
A defined strategy with decision points, so that expenditure is authorised deliberately and each step improves the position.
